operating not found

hi everyone iam new here. just purchaced sevice center 7, iam tring to get used to it. seems to be working out fine although i have run into a problem with a sony vio laptop it has a 250 gig sata hard drive in it, i ran just about all the diognostics and eveything passes . only problem on boot up says no operating system found so i tried another hard drive samething is happening. also the bios doesnt see the hard drive so iam kind of at a stand still any help thanks sanman

Please post this in the ask the experts section. The Working with Dr. Blip forum is for information about the company.

Description:

When you post it in the proper forum please state what type of OS you are trying to install and if the system is in AHCI or SATA mode.
