Hello,

I have been a Software QA Analyst/Engineer for 9 years now however my background consists of software testing and is very limited as far as testing hardware configurations.

With this limited hardware knowledge, I'm trying to gauge whether to apply for one of the Quality Assurance positions or not.  I would hate to waste the time of someone in your HR department if this lack of experience would be a sort of automatic disqualification.

Your thoughts are appeciated!

Interested,

Go for it!  We are always looking for good people.  Previous QA and software testing experience is a plus.  We take software testing very seriously here at PC Doctor, not being a hardware guru won’t necessarily exclude you from becoming part of the team.

We have a building full of very smart people and we all work together using our various strengths to put out an exceptional product. Oh yeah, we have fun doing it to, PC-Doctor is a great place to work, I encourage you to apply.  Wink

Hi Fred,

Thank you very much for your reply.  It is much appreciated.  I do think I'll go ahead and apply and we'll see what happens.  Your company definitely sounds like a company I would like to work for.

Sincerely,
