My system, via the installed Dell Support Center program, has been repeatedly trying to install the same PC-Doctor driver, so Windows Defender repeatedly asks me whether or not to allow it, and won't accept a "deny" command, so I have to "permit" it.  The driver is PCD55RVC: FBEA8B78-1B22F121-O5040000.  What is the identity and nature of this driver?  Why do you think the Dell Support Center program would want to install it over and over?   Huh
