Author Topic: Cant update service cent 9 to 9.5  (Read 1362 times)

I have 3 service center tools that currently have 9.0 system. i am trying to update to 9.5.
i received the 9.5 download link from PC-Doctor but when i run it and insert the USB it says that the USB is noting be recognized. can someone please give me a solution

Hi Besnikn,

I'm sorry to hear that you are having problems with your USB devices, but I would first like to ask you a few question to better understand what could be happening.
  • Are you having any problems when you try to use the USB devices with Service Center 9, or is the problem only occurring during the upgrade?
  • Have you tried running Service Center 9.5 from the DVD, and waiting for the software to ask you to connect the USB device?
    • If not, could you please try it and let me know what happens?
  • Have you attempted to burn a new copy of the DVD?
    • Sometimes we have seen bad copies of the DVD cause problems like you are describing.

If the USB devices don't work under normal circumstances, then they will likely require a replacement. If it comes to that, I will PM you with RMA instructions to get the process started.
