I like that list a lot. It's got a different focus than mine, so it gets to be a bit longer.
I'd actually thought long and hard about Tufte's series and McConnell's Rapid Development, but I decided that the first was slightly too specific for my list and the second was about a topic that changes too much. I didn't feel like looking through Rapid Development to make sure it was still current! I'd recommend a lot of the books on your list, though.

I think both lists left out a great one... Gang-Of-Four's "Design Patterns"
